  1. Send an email to smfisher@andrew.cmu.edu with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your username (if applicable)
  3. We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data before proceeding with the deletion.

Processing Time

Upon receiving a valid request, we will process the data deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
